What are barre classes?

Barre classes are a functional, power pilates workout. Designed to be low-impact, but powerful. Workouts are just 30 minutes, so easily slotted into your day.

Stay accountable

To stay accountable, we will provide you with an accountability tracker to post on social media, or you can email us with a photo of your workout zone/selfie if you do not have social media.

Meet your teacher

Rosa established Barre Base in 2015, a successful barre studio based in Dunedin, New Zealand. Rosa has a passion for teaching and encouraging people to move with strength and confidence. Her extensive dance and sporting backgrounds, coupled with barre and yoga training, means Rosa's classes are dynamic, powerful, yet mindful in nature.

New to Barre Base Anywhere?

Not a worry! We offer plenty of options through the workouts. Barre is largely low-impact, however I will be giving a few options to pick up the pace for this challenge. Work to your ability!
