Our Fast Fifteen series is perfect if you're needing a quick fix. These targeted workouts are short and sweet, allowing you to pick and choose what area of your body you're looking to focus on – or even mix and match 2 or more workouts for a personalised workout experience.

We don't muck around, so prepare to work hard. It's amazing what we can achieve in just 15 minutes.

In this series, you can expect targeted workouts for the core, arms, glutes, as well as short and sweet barre and pilates classes that have unique focuses, such as barre class for strong legs. We are so excited to continue to build and grow this series.
