This month, Barre Base Anywhere has welcomed x100 Southern District Health Board staff to our online wellness platform.
The SDHB is working hard on their wellness programme, Aukaha Kia Kaha, which aims to better support the well-being of their workers. We are proud to be involved in this initiative and be part of a step in the right direction for workplace wellness for front-line and administrative staff.
Barre Base Anywhere offers 20-30 minute on-demand Pilates-inspired strength training, barre and mobility classes.

Barre Base Anywhere has classes for all levels. From gentle and mindful strength exercises to fiery workouts to help you blow off some steam.
Barre classes combine Pilates, Yoga and body-weight strength training. Improve strength, posture and mobility.
Our mobility and stretch classes are broken down to focus on different parts of the body. Whether you need to improve posture, loosen the legs, or mindfully move your entire body after a challenging day.
In addition to our on-demand library, we offer a weekly Zoom class (45 minutes) + recording to all active members. This provides a longer workout to members and an opportunity to connect more deeply with our online community.
All videos are 20-30 minutes, allowing you to make time for a workout amid a busy day more effortlessly.
We've reached capacity on how many staff members can jump on for free; however, we are offering any additional SDHB staff a 4-week trial at 50% off ($15 for the month).
This discount only applies to those who're trying for the first time.
