Each session is low-impact but powerful. No day will be the same, so expect to be challenged and inspired. Our Pilates classes are technique-focused, allowing you to move slowly with your breath for maximum results. Classes are 30 minutes with options for all levels.

7-Full Body Pilates Workouts
Join us for a 7-day Pilates challenge, where we'll dedicate just 30 minutes each day to invigorating full-body movement. These classes are designed to be low-impact yet challenging, ensuring you work every muscle while building strength, tone, and improved posture.

Your teacher
Rosa is the founder of Barre Base, established in 2015 in Dunedin, New Zealand, where she continues to run a busy, successful studio alongside raising her family.
With over 15 years of teaching experience, Rosa brings together her background in dance, sport, barre and yoga to create classes that are dynamic, intelligent and mindful. Her approach is grounded in real-life experience and focused on helping people build strength, confidence and consistency in how they move and feel.
