Seven days of dynamic barre classes to help you reconnect with your body, rebuild strength, and regain your spark.

How it will work
Each day of The Barre Rebuild Week has a different focus — think glutes, obliques, inner thighs, balance, cardio-inspired power, and a stretchy-but-strong mobility day. The classes are 25–40 minutes each, making it manageable to fit movement into your day without feeling overwhelmed. This challenge is designed for anyone rebuilding strength, returning to routine, or wanting a motivating week of dynamic, feel-good barre. All levels are welcome, with options to dial things up or down depending on where you’re at.

What you will need
We keep things simple. All exercises can be done without props. However, you will have the option to use a Pilates Ball for some of the workouts.

Meet Rosa
Rosa established Barre Base in 2015, building a thriving barre community in Dunedin, New Zealand. She has a deep passion for teaching and encouraging people to move with strength, confidence, and self-awareness. With extensive dance and sporting backgrounds, alongside barre and yoga training, Rosa’s classes are dynamic, powerful, and thoughtfully paced.
After welcoming her first baby, Rosa has been steadily rebuilding her own strength and reconnecting with her body in new ways. Returning to teaching and filming workouts has been a meaningful milestone in her postpartum journey — a reminder of how movement can support us through every season of life. Her approach is grounded, real, and encouraging, making her classes both challenging and deeply supportive for anyone on their own path back to strength.
