What to expect?
All classes are mat Pilates-focused, honing in on core and glute strength so you can find your power. This challenge includes 4 core & 3 glute workouts.
Foundational Classes For All Levels
Each session is low-impact but powerful. No day will be the same, so expect to be challenged and inspired. Our Pilates classes are technique focused, allowing you to move slowly with your breath for maximum results. Classes are 20-30 minutes with options for all levels.
What you will need
We keep things simple. All exercises can be done without props. However, you will have the option to use a Pilates Ball for some of the workouts.
Your teacher
Rosa established Barre Base in 2015, a successful barre studio based in Dunedin, New Zealand. Rosa has a passion for teaching and encouraging people to move with strength and confidence. Her extensive dance and sporting backgrounds, coupled with barre and yoga training, means Rosa's classes are dynamic, powerful, yet mindful in nature.
