Join us for 14-days of dynamic barre and pilates workouts, designed to strengthen and tone the entire body.
New to barre classes?
Each barre and pilates session is low impact, but powerful. No day will be the same, so expect to be challenged and inspired. Designed to be low-impact, but powerful. Workouts range from 20-30 minutes, so are easily slotted into your day.
What to Expect
Each week we will run 3 cardio-inspired barre classes, a targeted glute and leg session, an upper body session and a core class. To end the week, our Sunday class will be a slow yoga flow.
Each week we follow:
• 3 Cardio Barre Classes
• 3 Targeted Pilates Workouts
• 1 Slow Flow
What you will need
We keep things simple. All you need is a chair. You will have the option to use a booty band for some of the workouts, but only if you so desire.
Your teacher
Rosa established Barre Base in 2015, a successful barre studio based in Dunedin, New Zealand. Rosa has a passion for teaching and encouraging people to move with strength and confidence. Her extensive dance and sporting backgrounds, coupled with barre and yoga training, means Rosa's classes are dynamic, powerful, yet mindful in nature.
