Step into Strength is a 21-day online programme designed to help you build strength, improve your flexibility, and create consistent movement in your daily life.

How it will work

21 days, 18 classes

Over 21 days, you'll aim for 18 online classes — a mix of dynamic barre, Pilates, and a weekly yoga session. We’ll also aim for 10,000 steps a day, or a 35-minute walk – whatever fits best into your day. With built-in rest days, this programme is achievable for all levels and perfect for anyone wanting to boost their strength and stamina without overloading their schedule.

  • 5 Strength-Based Classes a week
  • 1 Restorative Yoga/Stretch session
  • Online classes range from 15-30 minutes
  • Aim for 10k steps a day, or a 35+ minute walk
  • A rest day to recharge

What you will need

Equipment and Props

We keep things simple. All exercises can be done without props. However, you will have the option to use a Pilates Ball for some of the workouts.

Meet Rosa

Rosa established Barre Base in 2015, a successful barre studio based in Dunedin, New Zealand. Rosa has a passion for teaching and encouraging people to move with strength and confidence. Her extensive dance and sporting backgrounds, coupled with barre and yoga training, means Rosa's classes are dynamic, powerful, yet mindful in nature.
